I had always hoped that EA would come out with a SP that would somehow alter these things but, I guess not. They even look like they invested in a much better bra because they don't look so.blah(for a lack of a better word). As for the elderly women, I did find a nice mesh for clothes that slims down their figures and they're not stooped over with it. I know there is a hack for the pregnancy clothes but, I tend to steer clear of the hacks because of the side effects they can have on the game.
